How is loan principal calculated?
The payment envelope is the lower of your chosen limit after existing loans and income left after living expenses and monthly savings. Insurance is deducted before principal is calculated.
C = M × [1 − (1 + i)−n] / i · i = annual rate (%) / (100 × 12) · n = years × 12
At 0%, C = M × n. This assumes a fixed-rate amortising loan, end-of-month payments and no grace period. For a VAT-exclusive rate with 10% VAT on interest, i is multiplied by 1.10. Upfront fees are not financed. No regulatory APR/TEG is calculated.
Is this a bank approval?
No. The lender reviews income, age, security, credit history and file conditions. Variable-rate or participative financing needs its own schedule. Ask for a written offer stating VAT, insurance, fees and early repayment terms.
